Our March Madness has finished before the end of March! Our lambing wound up early this morning at 1:20 am, when Mist gave birth to a beautiful black 3/4 Cormo girl. Prince is her father, and with Mist as her mother, we wanted to keep with the weather theme, so Lisa named her Princess Virga. Virga is that kind of rain that falls from the clouds and never hits the ground. I just want to say that one of my main breeding goals this season was to get black 3/4 Cormo ewe lambs and Princess Virga is the FIRST! Great way to end our season!

The sun is shining today and we are hoping for some warm sunny weather after all the rain we’ve had, to grow the grass and dry things out just a bit.
