Refunds and Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please let us know within 30 days of your order date by sending us an email at lists@barinagaranch.com. We will advise you on how to initiate a return, depending on the item you need to return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment. This may take up to a week from our receipt of your returned item. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your credit-card company and/or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you still can’t find your refund, please let us know by email at lists@barinagaranch.com.

Exchanges

If the item you receive is defective or damaged, we will do our best to replace it, depending on what we have available. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same or a similar item, please send us an email at lists@barinagaranch.com

Gifts

If the item you are returning was a gift, you may choose to receive a gift certificate for the value of the item, or alternately to have the giver receive the refund. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, please notify us that you would like to make a return, by sending us an email at lists@barinagaranch.com. We will advise you of the best way to ship the return, and the address to use. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
