This gorgeous fleece is the hogget-fleece of our recessive-colored Romney ewe, Ximena. It is one of the darkest Romney fleeces we have had this season, a deep charcoal-grey with a beautiful Romney lustre. It was protected with a coat, has been well-skirted and is very clean. It has a staple length of 6 inches. Skirted weight of the full fleece is 7.6 pounds, and I am selling this as two half-fleeces, 3.8 lbs each. Price $18/lb.
